You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts are for use by investors, property agents and administrators. You may not share access or create accounts on behalf of others without authorisation.

DealScope provides a marketplace to discover, list and express interest in residential property deals. You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to misuse, scrape, or disrupt the service.

Listings and the DealScope Score are provided for information only. They are not an offer, a valuation, or investment advice.

Agents are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant DealScope a licence to display and distribute it within the service.

We may remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful, or in breach of these terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

DealScope is a technology platform, not a financial adviser, broker, or regulated intermediary. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial or investment advice. Capital is at risk and you should seek independent professional advice before making any investment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealScope is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from investment decisions made using the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in advance, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
