Bankside is the first tower released for sale at Colliers Yard, a new neighbourhood of more than 1,500 homes across three towers (Bankside, Parkside, Cortland) in Greengate, Manchester city centre. Bankside is a 43-storey (ground + 42 levels, including a 3-storey podium) steel concrete frame tower with unitised glazed cladding, comprising 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and penthouses. The development blends existing heritage, including the Grade II* listed Collier Street Baths, with new architecture, landscaped public park (Greengate Park), tree-lined boulevard and Collier Square. Designed by architect Denton Corker Marshall with interiors by Naomi Cleaver/Project Studio and landscaping by TPM Landscape.
